Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DevLab ("the Site"), operated by JIT Inc. ("we"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service)

The Site provides free file downloads, online tools, and reference cheatsheets for development, verification, and testing purposes.

Article 2 (Fees)

All services on the Site are free of charge. Network charges are the user's responsibility.

Article 3 (Prohibited use)

Users must not engage in the following:

• Placing an excessive load on the Site's servers (e.g. mass automated downloads)
• Redistributing the Site's content as your own service
• Interfering with the operation of the Site
• Acts that violate the law or public order
• Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Use of provided files)

Files provided on the Site may be used freely for testing, verification, and development, in both commercial and non-commercial contexts. Reselling the files themselves is prohibited.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• The files, tools, and information are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• We assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site.
• The Site may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

Intellectual property rights in the Site's design, text, source code, etc. belong to us. Copyright in test files (dummy images, sample data, etc.) is waived and they may be freely used.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.

Article 8 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
